Welcome to the premiere issue of “The John Cooke Fraud Report.” Our Western States Edition covers fraud news from California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona and Utah.
Our target audience includes insurance company personnel, risk management personnel, private sector investigators, law enforcement and many others who are involved in the fight against insurance fraud.
The encouragement, acceptance, welcome and assistance that has been extended to “The John Cooke Fraud Report” has been overwhelming. Our initial “Will they pay attention to us” concerns were for naught – for, not only has the fraud industry paid attention to us, their involvement and contributions have allowed us to fill these 32 pages with a veritable wealth of information.
We are attempting to adhere to a “something for everyone” format – not an easy task given the vast diversity of our readership. You may find some articles too technical, others not technical enough, but hopefully you will find a unique collection of educational and informative up-to-date information.
I believe that our mission statement says it all:
“Fighting Insurance Fraud Through Communication and Education.”
And with this in mind, I respectfully solicit your help. Our success will be measured by the future involvement and contributions of our readers. Please, write us, phone us, FAX us. Please share your ideas on how “The John Cooke Fraud Report” can be the best that it can be.
