The insurance industry is required to follow stringent rules when filming claimants. There are restrictions on where you can film, what sort of lenses you can use, what vantage point you choose … and all sorts of rules having to do with expectations of privacy.

Tell that to the 82 women were secretly videotaped while changing into the required uniform in the course of applying for jobs at a Los Angeles-area Hooters restaurant.  Manager Juan Aponte had 180 video files seized from his personal computer, images captured by a pinhole camera hidden in the dressing area where interviewees changed clothes. Hoot hoot hooray to the West Covina, California, detectives who BUSTED the BOOB who was secretly filming the unsuspecting women. TIT just wasn’t right.
