A former student at the University of Idaho, Moscow, is seeking $940,000 as compensation for an “accident” suffered while living in a campus dormitory.
The young man’s injuries occurred when he “mooned” other students and fell out of a window.
In his lawsuit, he argued that the university was negligent because they did not warn students of the risks associated with upper story dorm windows.
We wonder if he was influenced by a full moon that night…

Pigeon Poop Liability
A 68-year-old Indiana woman has filed a negligence suit against the Postal Service.
She claims injuries arising from a slip and fall on a sidewalk outside the local post office. Her lawsuit alleges the existence of an unsafe condition; slippery pigeon droppings. (EDITOR’S NOTE: Are there any other kinds of pigeon droppings?)
She is seeking $75,000 in damages for her injuries.
