Richard Lee Hamrick chose an odd head-covering to use while robbing a Seattle area Safeway Supermarket … a pair of bikini underwear. Hamrick wore them over his head, backwards, with eye holes cut in the rear so he could see.
Store employees were able to point out the fleeing Hamrick to police officers who arrived at the scene of the crime. The officers gave chase and apprehended the bandit. In his pocket they found the mask/panties. Witnesses were sure that Hamrick was, indeed, the man who’d just robbed the store. They recognized the underwear — the very soiled underwear. Eeeeyyyeechhhhh…
