Arizona’s toughest lawman, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, got dinged for a $291 Discover card charge in a Chicago grocery store while he was thousands of miles away. “We don’t grant no immunity,” says those who perpetrate fraud, “and we’ll grab anybody’s information and go shopping!”
