Leonard L. Cole, a Tampa resident, had a little bit of surgery that enabled him to change his name to LaTarsha Dallas.
The real LaTarsha Dallas reported that her car had been broken into during the summer and her driver’s license had been stolen at that time.
Once Cole had the driver’s license, he used it to obtain about a half dozen credit cards. Then he did what ladies like to do – shop!
Cole’s been charged with 27 counts. We just want to know which identity/gender is going to head for jail.
